Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients for 2pumpkin-spice-copy

  • 3/4 hokkaido pumpkin (cut into pieces)
  • 200 ml vanilla soya milk
  • 1 pinch of grounded nutmeg and cinnamon


  1.  Heat vanilla soya milk and pumpkin in a medium pot.
  2. When pumpkin is soft, mix in a blender or use a hand-held blender.
  3. Pure into glasses and serve
