Curd Crepes


  • 60 g all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g milk
  • A shot of mineral water to make them fluffy


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a large pan and melt a little butter.
  • Scoop the batter into the pan and tilt it with circular motions so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.
