Ingredients for 4
- 1 large onion (chopped)
 - 1 garlic clove (minced)
 - 1/2 celery root (skin removed and chopped in cubes)
 - 300 g peas (fresh or frozen)
 - water
 - salt and pepper
 
Method
- Heat a large pot and add the onions with a little oil. Fry onions until gold brown.
 - Add the garlic and the celery root cubes and fry for 2 minutes.
 - Add the peas and fry for 3 minutes until adding enough water until peas are covered.
 - Cook for 8 minutes, then use a stand mixer to mix everything until smooth.
