Celery Root-Pea Soup

Ingredients for 4

  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/2 celery root (skin removed and chopped in cubes)
  • 300 g peas (fresh or frozen)
  • water
  • salt and pepper


  1. Heat a large pot and add the onions with a little oil. Fry onions until gold brown.
  2. Add the garlic and the celery root cubes and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the peas and fry for 3 minutes until adding enough water until peas are covered.
  4. Cook for 8 minutes, then use a stand mixer to mix everything until smooth.
